Privacy Policy for Mobius Subscription Platform
Introduction
MYタク (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) sets forth the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).
Article 1 (Personal Information)

- To allow users to view, change, or delete their registered information and view their usage status
- To charge users for paid services

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases are not considered third-party provision:
- When the Company entrusts the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to mergers or other reasons
- When personal information is jointly used with specific persons, and the user is notified in advance or easily able to know the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by users, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When the Company receives a request from the person to disclose personal information, the Company will disclose it without delay. However, if any of the following applies due to disclosure, the Company may not disclose all or part of the information, and if a decision is made not to disclose it, the Company will notify the person without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per case will be charged for disclosing personal information.
- When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party
- When there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper execution of the Company’s business
- When it would violate other laws and regulations
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If the user’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”) the personal information according to the procedures prescribed by the Company. If the Company deems it necessary to respond to the user’s request, it will correct the personal information without delay. If the Company makes corrections based on the preceding paragraph or decides not to make corrections, it will notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If the Company is requested by the person to suspend the use or delete (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension, etc.”) personal information because it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. Based on the results of the investigation, if it is determined that the request needs to be responded to, the Company will suspend the use of the personal information without delay. If the Company suspends use based on the preceding paragraph or decides not to suspend use, it will notify the user without delay. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use involves significant costs or is difficult to implement, and alternative measures necessary to protect the user’s rights and interests can be taken, those alternative measures will be taken.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided by law or in this Policy. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the changed Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.
